Sharon Kelly Baker
Co-Founder, Senior Producer, Director, Writer
Sharon Baker has been the creative force behind the evolution of the award-winning production company, TELEDUCTION, since its transition into film and television in 1986. She has over 30 years of project and production experience as a writer, director and producer of documentary TV programs, and digital media projects for nonprofits and business.
Sharon has worked on location throughout the US and in Africa, China, Central America and Europe. Her industry awards include 23 regional EMMY nominations and 9 regional EMMY Awards, the Houston Worldfest Gold Award for ethnic and cultural programming, the NY Festivals World Gold Medal, the National Gabriel Award, and two silver Chris Awards. Her recent titles have screened in Film Festivals throughout the US including Heartland and the NYC Indy Fest where her title, My Friend Ed won Best Short Documentary in 2014. In 2015, Sharon was honored with the Governor's Award for the Arts for outstanding achievement in documentary filmmaking.
In 2002, Sharon founded Serviam Media, Inc., DBA Hearts and Minds Film, a nonprofit media initiative designed to inform, inspire and empower diverse audiences through creative media projects. From 2005-2011 she established the Film program at Delaware State University, an HBCU, authoring new curricula and initiating the Hearts and Minds Film Festival.

Pascal Dieckmann
Director of Photography
Born into a family of artists, architects, writers and film makers, Pascal developed an early passion for photography. He studied at the Federal Film College SFOF in Berlin/Germany, emerging from his training to become a freelance Director of Photography for German TV. Pascal honed his skills as a popular cameraman for ZDF (Europe's largest TV network) where he traveled throughout the world to film award-winning documentaries for the network. In 1996 Pascal moved to the US with his wife, an American educator, and their daughter. He was soon sought out for his talents as a photographer by prominent American broadcast programmers, including ABC 20/20, NBC’s Dateline and the Today Show, National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, the Food Network, HBO Sports, and non profit organizations like Greenpeace. In 1998, Pascal began his fifteen year collaboration with Sharon Baker and TELEDUCTION, where he serves as Director of Photography and Creative Consultant for all major projects. Pascal has worked in 60+ countries, filming subjects that range from street kids in Romania to American Presidents and world events that include the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Gulf War, the aftermath of 9/11 and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
These days, Pascal enjoys working closer to home where his talent and compassion make him the perfect collaborator with TELEDUCTION, and where his colleagues consider him to be among the finest lighting-cameramen working in documentary production.

Daniel R. Collins
Sr. Editor & Writer
Dan is an award-winning editor, writer and producer for TELEDUCTION, Inc., and the development coordinator for the Hearts and Minds Film Initiative. He worked on major broadcast documentaries like His Master's Voice, With All Deliberate Speed, and The Twin Poets: Why I Write. A graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Creative Writing, Dan's experience as a journalist, scriptwriter, and published author, along with 20 years of editing and production experience, form the basis for his digital storytelling style. Now, through his independent company, Dan Collins Media (dancollinsfilm.com), he continues to produce and distribute award-winning, independent, documentary films. Recent titles include War to Wisdom and DEGENERATE ART: The Art and Culture of Glass Pipes.

Frank Baker
Co-Founder TELEDUCTION; House "Voice"
Frank is an accomplished voice-over artist and actor. He can be heard narrating many of TELEDUCTION's award-winning broadcast documentaries and corporate presentations. A popular emcee at "live" events, Frank is also a musical entertainer, performing a folk and country repertoire with his 12-string guitar. And, OK, he does indeed play Santa Claus in the Barney Christmas video, making him, well, kind of a legend to his grandkids! Frank is a graduate of Kent State University in Ohio and did graduate study at NYU.
